ECE Field Day is almost here! Join us on Friday, May 15 from 1:00–2:20 PM for an afternoon of fun, games, and celebration with our ECE students. Please review below for important arrival, dismissal, and event details. We can’t wait to see you there!
Dear ECE Families,
We are excited to invite you to our ECE Field Day on Friday, May 15th from 1:00-2:20 PM!
Schedule
1:00-1:20 PM: Families should first check in through the Main Office before meeting their child's class in the courtyard. Students will enjoy popsicles with their classes before heading outside.
1:20-2:20 PM: Field Day activities will take place outside on the field.
Arrival Procedure
Families should enter through the Main Office.
After checking in, families will meet their child's class in the courtyard.
Students will enjoy popsicles before heading outside for Field Day activities.
Families who do not properly check in through the office may be asked to leave the school premises.
Dismissal Procedure
We will not be dismissing students early or directly from the Field Day recreation area.
All families must wait until 2:25 PM dismissal.
Families must wait outside while students prepare for dismissal inside, following normal dismissal procedures.
Dismissal will take place at the ECE doors as normal.
Important Reminders
Each student may have a maximum of 3 adult guests attend.
School-age children may not attend, including Cheltenham students.
This event is for ECE students and their families only.
Please ensure that students wear appropriate shoes for running and outdoor activities, such as tennis shoes or running shoes. Crocs, sandals, and other open-toed shoes are not recommended for Field Day activities.
Students will be outside for an extended period of time in sunny weather. If your student needs sunscreen, families must provide it and ensure that their student knows how to apply it independently.
Please send students with a water bottle and dress them in appropriate clothing for a hot and sunny day.
There will be a water station/activity during Field Day.
Please come prepared in case your student is wet at dismissal. Due to time constraints, staff will not be able to change students before dismissal.
